Principle: Using the human electric field, when a finger touches, the mutual capacitance (coupling capacitance) of the sensing units at the intersection of rows/columns on the surface will change, and then the position of the point will be detected.
Adjacent elements serve as capacitor C1;

Finger intervention changes the capacitance to C2;
Continuous scanning and recording of finger touches on switch nodes.
